Returns & Exchanges 

At this time, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Let me explain why! Each and every ear is carefully made and handcrafted by me or by my wonderful associate. Since we are a handsewn and handmade shop, it makes sense that there will be tiny inconsistencies. No two pair of ears will be identical because there are different hands sewing them.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

For our normal processing time, we do recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before you need it, just to be safe! HOWEVER, we do like to make it a point to be one of the fastest merchants. We tend to have several styles of ear ready to ship at all times. Just remember, if a holiday is coming up, or the weather is being funny or spooky, then expect it to take a little longer. Some of the items will have a rush option. Not all but some. If you need it, use it! Just know that additional fees may be added for shipping. As soon as we ship out all our orders, there will be a tracking number for you.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

 Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed.

 

Is the headband comfortable?

 Our headbands are standard sized and hand wrapped, very comfortable! In terms of fit, 4-year-olds to adults is optimal.

 

Do you do custom orders?

At this time we don’t. HOWEVER we are wanting that to be our next step! So stay tuned!
